The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Kowloon, with easy access to tourist sites and being in the centre of things. The price of the food at the attached bar is reasonable, just like eating in any local restaurant. The staff at the front door were very friendly and helpful, greeting guests with a warm welcome, even if they were soaking wet from the rain. The room design and color were pleasant, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

The initial room had a strong cigarette smell, but the front desk quickly changed it to a non-smoking room in the main building.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the Star Ferry terminal and within walking distance of the Whampoa tube station. This made it easy to explore the city and visit tourist sites. The room itself was satisfactory, with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided efficient service and were attentive to our needs. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had facilities such as a pool and a bar with great views of the harbor.

The customer service could be improved, as there were instances of miscommunication and delays during check-in and check-out.

During my recent stay at Harbour Grand, I was kinda surprised by the spacious and well-equipped suite they upgraded me to. The waterfront views were amazing, and having my own kitchen, sitting room, office, and half bath made me feel like a VIP. The staff were always happy to help with any request, adding to the overall luxury experience. The hotel's excellent location and high-quality food further enhanced my stay. The courtesy bus provided made exploring the city easy, and the view of the harbor was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and indulgent stay.

The guest service manager Queenie at check-in was helpful, kind, and professional. We felt safe and at ease from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from the Whampoa MTR station, was convenient for us as we had arrived early in the morning. The hotel's website provided all the necessary information for our seamless transfer from the airport. We were even allowed to use the hotel facilities and freshen up while waiting for our room, ready right on time at 12.

The room interior was elegant and we had a breathtaking city view from the highest floor. The hotel surprised me with a birthday cake, even without informing them. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym had sufficient equipment for workouts. Access to the waterfront promenade for a walk was perfect.

The location is ideal, with easy access to the MTR for convenient travel to the center of Kowloon and the ferry over to Hong Kong Island. The hotel provides a complimentary half-hour bus service, making transportation hassle-free.

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and it was amazing! The rooms were fine, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views of the city. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the famous landmarks. Another advantage was the free shuttle bus service, which took us to the bustling shopping district in no time. It was a nice experience.

There really isn't much to dislike about this hotel. if I had to pick something, it would be that the rooms were slightly outdated.

Luxurious amenities were provided in our room and the exclusive breakfast buffet. the location is great for exercise as it has a nearby jogging area and easy access to establishments. the spa centre and swimming pool were both amazing with a beautiful view to capture. the service was excellent as staff provided private facilities to the guests and were always accommodating.

Although the hotel is high-end, their internet connection was not impressive with slow connectivity and a limit of only two devices per room. their pastries at Corner Cafe are limited and of average taste.

Excellent view, great fitness room, accommodating staff, great location for MTR and shops, good value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The exclusivity of this hotel is notable. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had all the exclusive amenities required for a luxurious stay like ours. the rooftop pool was a highlight, with amazing views of the city and the harbor. the Spa center has a variety of services like full body massages and Turkish bath which we took full advantage of. the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. In-room breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations.

There was a minor issue with the noise from the hallway creeping into the room which caused slight discomfort. Despite the small inconvenience, the staff made sure that it was rectified as soon as possible.
